Thanks to our own machinery, design department, and assembly team, we can handle the entire order: design → engineering → parts manufacturing → assembly → installation at the customer's site. This gives us full control over quality, deadlines, and price, and allows us to respond flexibly to non-standard requests.
In addition to manufacturing our own strapping and packaging equipment, we therefore also offer Cooperative Metalworking — machining, cutting, and processing of sheet metal; welding; surface treatments; and heat treatment of steel.

CNC Milling
Castings, forgings, and blanks made of steel and aluminum alloys. HAAS VF-2SS machines (5-axis), 12,000 rpm spindle, internal cooling at 25 bar.
CNC Turning
Bar stock and blanks. Nakamura Tome WY-100 II (8-axis) and COLCHESTER Tornado 120 M, max. diameter 150 mm.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
EAGLE iNspire 4 kW laser center (up to 1,500 × 3,000 mm) with automatic loading and a Safan Darley 1,300 kN press brake.
Welding
CoWelder UR10 Sigma Select 400 W PULSE Welding Robot — welding of structural steels in a protective atmosphere, spot welding of sheet metal.
Processing of Cardboard and Plastic Packaging
Custom manufacturing of paper tubes and spools, corrugated cardboard flap boxes, and industrial bags and sacks. We also offer protective edging, dividers, cushioning materials, foams, films, cardboard-plastic composites, adhesive tapes, and comprehensive export packaging.
Grinding
Outer diameters up to 350 mm in length; flat parts—table width 400 mm.
Surface Treatments
Blackening (brunishing) up to 300×300×500 mm, as well as powder and synthetic coating—anti-corrosion and decorative finishing of parts.
Heat Treatment
Annealing, carburizing, hardening, and heat treatment of steels without a protective atmosphere up to 960 °C.
Other Manufacturing Options
Abrasive blasting, grooving on a horizontal broaching machine, pressing on an eccentric press, cutting bar stock on a CNC band saw, and many other processes.
