The price of the goods being delivered is governed by the price list published on the online store’s website, as in effect on the date the order is received by the seller. For each item listed in the price list, the price is stated in CZK excluding VAT. The total price of the delivery agreed upon in the purchase contract is the sum of the prices of the individual items, plus VAT.
The buyer may pay the seller the price of the goods and any delivery costs associated with the purchase agreement using the following methods:
- in cash at the seller's place of business
- in cash upon delivery at the location specified by the buyer in the order
- by bank transfer in CZK to the seller’s account no. 1080413319/0800, held at Česká spořitelna, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “the seller’s account”)
- by credit card, provided that the technical equipment at the seller’s place of business or with the carrier allows it
In addition to the purchase price, the buyer is obligated to pay the seller the agreed-upon costs associated with packaging and delivery of the goods. In the case of cash payment or cash-on-delivery, the purchase price is due upon receipt of the goods. In the case of a non-cash payment, the purchase price is due within 14 days of the conclusion of the purchase agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
In the case of a non-cash payment, the buyer is required to pay the purchase price of the goods and include the payment reference number. In the case of a non-cash payment, the buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price is fulfilled at the moment the relevant amount is credited to the seller’s account.
The Seller is entitled—particularly if the Buyer fails to provide additional confirmation of the order in accordance with Section 2.4 of these Terms and Conditions—to demand payment of the full purchase price before shipping the goods to the Buyer. The provisions of Section 2119(1) of the Civil Code shall not apply.
If required by generally applicable laws and regulations, the seller shall issue a tax document—an invoice—to the buyer for payments made under the purchase agreement. The seller will issue a tax document—an invoice—to the buyer after the price of the goods has been paid and will send it electronically to the buyer’s email address.
