SU-5050 - L-sealer

Angle sealers are packaging machines suitable for packaging goods where it is not necessary to shrink the film around the packaged item, or they are used in combination with a suitable shrink tunnel, such as those in the HR-Holiterm series. Heat-shrinkable films in a half-sleeve design (PE, PVC, PP, POF, etc.) are used for packaging. The SU series of angle sealers are packaging machines designed for industrial use.

Simple machine operation: the operator pulls the film across the work surface of the angle sealer, inserts the item to be packaged into the prepared half-sleeve film, and presses the sealing arm down. Throughout the welding process (approximately 1–5 seconds, depending on the film thickness), a built-in electromagnet holds the arm in the lower position. The welding blade seals the film around the packaged item and cuts off the excess film. The operator then moves the package to the entrance of the shrink tunnel, where it is picked up by a powered conveyor. After passing through the shrink chamber, the film is sealed around the packaged item and cooled by cooling fans at the tunnel exit.
