NP-21PN - pneumatic tensioner for steel straps
Product description
The NP-21PN pneumatic tensioner is designed for strapping round or irregularly shaped objects or bundles of material, particularly those of heavier weight. It uses steel strapping—strap and buckle widths vary by model (19, 25, and 32 mm). It is suitable for operations with medium to high strapping capacity.
- Suitable for strapping in a vertical position or in locations where it is not possible to use a combination strapping machine suspended from a balancer.

- The joint is formed by cutting through the buckle—a single or double cut using FZ, UK-2/19, or UK-2/32 pliers
Operating the unit: The operator threads the strap through the buckle, then around the packaged item, and back through the buckle. The operator inserts the end of the strap from the dispenser into the NP-21PN tensioner; pressing the button activates the motor to tighten the strap, after which the buckle is cut once or twice using additional tools (manual or pneumatic cutting pliers). The excess strap is snapped off by moving the tensioner back and forth.
