This machine is suitable for operations with medium to high packaging capacity (up to 25 pallets per hour). The machine comes standard with 3 configurable programs and motorized film pre-stretching with selectable pre-stretch settings—230% or 300% (stretching 1 m of film to 4 m!). Additional machine features include: automatic film cutting at the end of the wrapping cycle, built-in service diagnostics, orientation-based turntable stop, soft start and stop of the turntable, optical pallet height sensing, continuous tension control, continuous control of the turntable rotation speed and the film carriage travel speed, programming and communication with the control unit via a mini-display and keyboard, etc.
