H-24R tensioner for PP strapping – archive

It is used to tension PP and PET strapping 12, 15 (16), or 19 mm wide. The joint can be secured with a wire (self-locking), plastic, or steel clip of a width appropriate for the strapping. A wire clip (e.g., type B5XHG) is particularly suitable for strapping wood, while a plastic clip (e.g., type B-12 or B-16) is suitable for packaging lighter items where a metal clip cannot be used. Steel clips (e.g., type PP-13 or PP-16) are primarily used for strapping pallets, where the connection is made in a vertical position. H-35 pliers are used to close steel clips.
