The EKL-455PT packaging machine is designed for packaging with heat-shrinkable film. The packaging machine is suitable for operations with medium to high packaging capacities. It is primarily intended for packaging consumer goods, printed materials, plastic products, etc.

Simple machine operation: The operator places the packaged item between the films and moves the package under the sealing jaw. Depending on the selected mode, the jaw will lower (automatic mode); in manual mode, the jaw will lower after the START button is pressed. Film sealing is fully automatic. The operator can use the time while the jaw is held pneumatically to prepare the next package. As soon as the bale is sealed in the film, the jaw automatically lifts, the conveyor starts automatically, and the bale is moved into the shrink chamber, where the film shrinks around the packaged item.
