TP-702B MERCURY TRANSIT - fully-automatic PP strapping machine
Full-automatic strapping machine TP-702B MERCURY TRANSIT for PP straps is intended for strapping cartons, transport boxes, etc. There is used polypropylene strap (PP) of the width of 5 – 6 mm for strapping. The machine is equipped with motor driven belt conveyors. The machine is designed for automatic operations with high serial and high frequency strapping jobs (up to 65 straps/min.). Is equipped with belt conveyors. Automatic working mode (an operator handles with a package only) or fully automatic working mode (including movement of a package).
Among main advantages of this strapping machine belong:
- patented system of strap feeding to the machine
- loop-eject clears unwanted strap automatically, if the machine is strapped without any package
- automatic opening of arch in case of malfunction

- easy strap coil loading on strap decoiler
- fluently adjustable tightening power from 1 – 32 kg (for 5-9mm) or 1-45 kg (for 12 mm strap)
- high safety of the machine operator (control, motors and heater are „stepped down“ to 24 V)
- adjustable quantity of straps on the packaged item (1, 2, 3 or continuously)
The machine has unique one-piece arch made from sturdy material. Standard arch dimension is 650 x 500 mm and it's also max. dimension of packaged items, lenght of packaged items isn't limited. Good to strap small package with minimum size 120 mm in width and 10 mm in height.
