Custom Plastic Blisters & Vacuum-Formed Trays

We provide end-to-end processing of plastic films and sheets in thicknesses 0.2–3.0 mm, including the manufacture of plastic blisters, transport pallets/inserts, and fixation trays. Blister packs deliver high protection against impact, dust and moisture, while vacuum-/thermoformed trays ensure safe handling and transport of parts.

Blister types:

• Vacuum-formed trays & pallets – product fixation during transport; stackable; fully custom-fit to parts
• Heat-seal (carded) blisters – permanently sealed to a backing card; tamper-evident / theft-deterrent
• Slide blisters – formed cavity with backing card; re-closable and suitable for line repacking
• Clamshell blisters – hinged cover with mechanical locks; reusable or additionally tamper-sealed
• Welded blisters – two parts fused by heat or high-frequency (HF) welding for maximum security

Transport trays are widely used in the automotive industry as dunnage: as fixation inserts for corrugated cartons, KLT boxes, or as stand-alone stackable pallets that do not require secondary packaging.
