INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of your personal data is the company FEIFER – kovovýroba, spol. s r.o. with its registered office in Holubova 858, 534 01 Holice, Czech Republic, ID no.: 49812742, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, insert C.4930 in the teritory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the „administrator“).

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to this administrator within the meaning of article 6/1/a) regulation no. 2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directtive 95/46/ES (General Regulation on the protection of personal data).
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to execute business cases, bid, issue invoices, or proces invoices received with an indication of a natural person or a legal person.
3.2. From administrator’s has not happened any automatic or ondividual decision-making within the meaning of article 22 of the Regluation.
4. TIME OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The lenght of time that your personal information will be stored by the administrator is the minimum specified by the law, then the revocation of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose).
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The administrator does not intend to pass on your personal data, either to a third country (to a non-EU country) o ran international organization, or to resell personal data information.
6. RIGHT OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the terms and conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or delete your personal data, or to limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated ort he regulation is viloated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.3. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. The provosion of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the administrator.
